Prior to the weekend, there will be THREE Team Meetings and one leadership meeting.

October 18 from 2:00-4:30 p.m. (Only Leadership)

November 1 from 2:00-4:30 p.m.

November 8 from 2:00-4:30 p.m.

November 15 2:00-4:30 p.m.

You MUST attend 2 of the meetings in order to serve at the weekend.

As a TEAM member, you are EXPECTED to be present for the ENTIRE weekend (Thursday set up @ 5:00 p.m.-Sunday when clean up is complete).

Adult Table Leader: Involves facilitating small group discussion, listening to, sharing with and caring for students.
Support Team: Involves assisting in physical/equipment set-up, organization, and clean up.
Kitchen Team: Involves guiding and assisting students in preparation of meals throughout the weekend.
Wheat Team: Involves assisting students in prayer.
Gospel Project Team: Involves assisting students in aiding/directing skits and dramatizations.
Worship/TECh Team: Involves assisting students in leading singing and worship (familiarity with Contemporary worship music is important).
All Adults are required to pass a background check
