30-Day Cancellation Policy-Should you decide to cancel your Sugaring Pass within 30 days, Glam Body Sugaring Boutique will charge you full price for the visits you already used and issue a refund for any remaining balance due. After 30-Day Cancellation Policy-Should you decide to cancel your Sugaring Pass after 30 days, there is a $50 cancellation fee. Glam Body Sugaring Boutique will charge you full price for the visits you already used and issue a store credit for any remaining balance due.Transfer Policy-Should you decide to transfer your package from one service to another,Glam Body Sugaring Boutique LLC, will charge you full price for the visits you already used and apply any remaining balance due toward your new Sugaring Pass . We do not charge a fee for transferring a Sugaring Pass of equal or greater value. A fee of $25 will be issued for changing to a lesser valued pass. Unused Sugaring Passes are non refundable. We do not put a hold or freeze on any account, unless there is a valid medical reason. A medical note must be provided for a freeze, and the freeze will last no more than one month. You have 12 months to use your sugaring pass from the day you make payment in full. Purchasing a sugaring pass does not guarantee you an appointment, you must still call to book and will receive the first availability. NOTE: Sugaring Pass may not be transferred from one guest to another. Proper Id and Glam Pass Loyalty Card must be shown at EACH visit. *

MEMBERSHIP RULES
1. Membership is available to anyone 18 years of age or older.
2. You promise NOT to use to conduct any fraudulent business activity or have more than one Member Account at any time.
3. Only one member per pass. If you are caught trying to sell, or let others use your pass you will lose access to your account, and your membership will be cancelled without a refund.
4. Glam Body Sugaring Boutique has the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful or disruptive.
5. Glam Body Sugaring Boutiques 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy still applies to membership holders. Last minute cancellations and no call/no show will be subject to a $25 dollar fee, each time. No call no show a total of 3 times and your membership will be cancelled without refund. Our late policy is 15 minutes and is strictly enforced.
Upon booking, a 50% deposit will be taken via credit card. Once you submit your membership contract at the boutique, the remaining balance is due in full and your membership starts at your first appointment. Thank you!
