- Payment for Residential homes are due on date of cleaning or on receipt of invoice. E-Transfer or Cash is preferred where possible. If payment is made by E-Transfer an email Sales Receipt can be sent after payment is confirmed. A manual paper Sales Reciept will be mailed if preferred. Payments by credit card will by charged using Paypal payment request.
- Pets and Other Notes:
  Please help us with anything that you will feel will help us do a good job. We love animals too, but we'd appreciate knowing if you have a dog or cat - or maybe a llama. If you have a larger dog, please keep it inside or locked up when we are on site. Also...llamas spit...so tie them up too.
