I understand the following:
1. I realize that I need to give 1 month written notice and will have to have been here a year before my deposit is refundable.
2. All keys and passes must be returned within 10 days of leaving marina in order to recieve key deposit.
3. I also realize tht in order for all charges and credits to go through the system, my refund will not be mailed for 30 days.
4. I understand that if I have not been a customer for a full year, I am still obligated to pay for the remaining months left on my slip contract.
5. I understand that if my slip is not left in orginal condition, a cleaning fee will be deducted from my deposit.
