To be eligible to adopt, you must abide by the rescues adoption process, and all terms and conditions and contracts for adoption. No modifications can be made by the applicant or potential adopter. If you do not agree with the rescues adoption process, or policies, or the adoption contract(s), you can choose to not proceed with the adoption process. The adopter and any other person residing in the home must not have a felony or criminal history of any kind.

If you foster, the rescue does not guarantee adoptions to foster homes. If you understand this condition, please type , "I agree."

Adoptions are a lifelong commitment, and we want potential adopters to make their potential companion a new priority by showing their willingness to complete all adoption steps in a timely manner. No adoption holds are allowed to be placed.

We DO NOT make any guarantee about any dog or cat's lineage, breed, disposition, behavioural history, medical history, age, and the like. You understand that these are rescued animals and we make no warranties or guarantees about a dog or cats history. Adoptions must be made using your best judgement.

By completing this application, it does not guarantee you the adoption of the pet you are completing this form for, or the guarantee of a response from the rescue regarding the status of your application. Applications are processed in the order we receive them.

We do not guarantee the adoption of any pet in this rescue and reserve the right to refuse the adoption of any dog or cat up until both the adoption fee has been paid and the contract signed by both the adopted and adoption coordinator.

Applicants must read in its entirety, the pets bio on their adoption page, and the emails sent with the application and adoption info. failure to do so can result in your adoption approval being denied.

Applicants should be prepared to move quickly through the adoption process. Adoptions can happen the same day as the application submitted if the applicant completes all the necessary steps and documents required.

We reserve the right to refuse to adopt to any person(s) at any time during the process.
