St. Stephen's Harvest Festival will be held on September 14, 2019 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (rain or shine).
Seperate parking will be provided for vendors. Vendors may show up as early as 7:00 AM to set up and are asked not to pack up before the Festival has concluded at 3:00PM. All spaces are outdoors.
11' x 15' spaces are available for $20.00 a space. Limited spaces are available with electric and/or water for an additional $5.00.
One 6' long table with two folding chairs, for use during the festival, can be rented for $5.00.
Participants will be provided one coupon for a free lunch in the Fellowship Hall, per reserved space.
Deadline to reserve is September 1, 2019. Reservations are on first come, first serve basis.
Vendors must pay in full at time of registration. We currently have PayPal available, to pay online with. Fees are non-refundable. For questions, or to mail in a registration with payment instead, email Jenny at email@example.com, or call the church office, 717-766-2168.
100% proceeds from the Harvest Festival will go to local benevolence, to help families in need.
