Your Preferences
How you approach your work is based on your innate work-style preferences. These preferences are seen in how you view the workplace, how you communicate with others, and what traits you primarily display when working.
NOTE: To be most accurate, be very honest with choosing what you most naturally and often display (not what you think you should display, but what you actually display). Consider what others would say that you most often display.
For each of the six groups/types listed below, complete the following:
Approach to Work:
Select the level of how you tend to approach the work in the way described.
Communication:
Select the level of the communication tendency described.
Traits:
Click to select each of the traits that you primarily display (naturally and often display) within the workplace. Don't select traits that you do not naturally or often display.
Note: The form is assuming that you are currently viewing your work and the workplace in a positive way. If you're not currently in a positive working environment, imagine back to when you were and how you approached your work at that time.
