  • I agree that any monies due are to be paid into the Bank/Building Society Account shown above. Should any information given by me be incorrect, I agree to wait until funds have been returned before the re-issuing of monies is made by the Company.

    •       I give Superb People permission to obtain a credit reference for the purpose of  assignments involving  financial institutions.

    •       I confirm  that I have made this application of my own free will.

    •       I confirm that I have presented all relevant documentation regarding the right to work and  have disclosed  any applicable restrictions.

    I agree to abide by all Health & Safety requirements defined by Superb People or its clients

     

  • I hereby confirm my agreement to waive the restrictions on the 48 hour average weekly working time as set out in the Working Time Regulations 1998. I understand that this agreement can be terminated by me giving not less than three months’notice to Superb People.*

  • I confirm that the information that I have provided during my registration with Superb People is true and correct. Should any of this information change, it is my responsibility to inform Superb People immediately. I authorise Superb People to take up references and to give its clients information relating to my employment details or my application and to make applications using my c.v. for any relevant position or positions similar to those I am looking for.

    DATA PROTECTION NOTICE:

    I understand that Superb People will process the information which I provide during my registration and subsequent assignments, including any photographs I provide and any information about and from third parties including references from previous employers and or places of study. I understand that this personal data will be used for administration, accounts and records purposes and may also be used for marketing, monitoring, credit checks and referencing purposes.

    Personal data may be disclosed to clients and prospective clients of Superb People and where this personal data is sensitive personal data, I consent to Superb People processing such data on my behalf. Such data may also be audited by an Superb People client or an external auditing body.
