Have you ever been convicted of the following: capital (or first degree) murder, murder (in any other degree), rape or any sexual assault, voluntary manslaughter, felony stalking, possession of child pornography or electronic solicitation of child pornography, molestation or abuse of a child, molestation or abuse of an elderly person, burglary or theft, robbery or any felony where a deadly weapon was used or exhibited, felony arson, felony related to the manufacture, delivery, or possession of marijuana, a controlled substance, or other dangerous drugs, or conviction of any attempts or conspiracies to commit the crimes listed above.

The relationship between you and King's International Staffing is referred to as
"employment at will." This means that your employment can be terminated at any time for any
reason, with or without cause, with or without notice, by you or King's International Staffing. No representative of King's International Staffing has authority to enter
into any agreement contrary to the foregoing "employment at will" relationship. You understand that
your employment is "at will," and that you acknowledge that no oral or written statements or
representations regarding your employment can alter your at-will employment status, except for a
written statement signed by you and either our Executive Vice-President/Chief Operations Officer or
the Company's President.
