The Resource Fair at the Annual YPC is an important opportunity for youth to learn about community resources, especially addressing issues connected with the theme of the conference.

The Resource Fair opens the conference as attendees arrive and become oriented. This year's Resource Fair will take place indoors on the ground floor of the Santa Rita Building at the Pima Community College West Campus from 8:15 to 9:30AM.

- Two chairs will be provided for each exhibitor. Please bring additional chairs if you think you will need them.
- Please bring your own table. Note: There is no limit (currently) to the number of tables your organization may want to use to display your material. We just need to know how many tables you plan to bring (see question below about number of tables), so we can consider the best layout for the Resource Fair at the 14th Annual Youth & Peace Conference (YPC).

Registration Fee

The Youth & Peace Conference is requesting that organizations contribute a $25 registration fee for participating in this year's Resource Fair. We have added an Exhibitor Registration Fee this year in order to raise money needed to cover food for the conference (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks for all youth and adult participants and for the Hospitality Room for the 140+ people who help put on the event (exhibitors, dialogue circle facilitators, workshop presenters, volunteers, planning teams)). NOTE: Organizations that have already provided a sponsorship for the 14th Annual Youth & Peace Conference are exempt from the Exhibitor Fee. Scholarships are available if your organization is unable to pay the $25 fee.
Payments can be made using any of the following methods:
- By check - Please make checks payable to Culture of Peace Alliance (COPA). COPA is the nonprofit fiscal sponsor for Tucson Youth and Peace. Mail check to: Tucson Youth and Peace c/o COPA, 4317 N. El Tovar Ave., Tucson, AZ 85705.
