Recipe Submission & Requirements:

- Contestants must submit the full recipe with full ingredient list, amount of ingredients and how the dish will be prepared. The main ingredient should be the meat of a legally harvested wild animal such as deer, elk, moose, caribou, bear, etc. More than one type of meat can be used but all ingredients must be identified. Remember to include list of seasonings, sauces, etc used to give your dish that special winning flavor!

Include a short story about the animal(s) you harvested and used in the dish and where they were harvested and if there is a memorable experience about the hunting trip to share with the judges! Animals must have been harvested by the individual or pair preparing the recipe.
