    **3 advertising graphics or 30 second commercial to be advertised on movie screen: Advertisement will run on a slideshow before the movie showing. Advertisement must be emailed to TimesTwoEvents@gmail.com no later than 1 week before event date (unless other arrangements have been made.)

     

  • *Outdoor vendor reservation includes booth space only. Indoor event vendor reservations includes 8x5 vendor space only. Fees are applicable for each date selected.

  • Event Info: Times Two Entertainment LLC has partnered with various Phoenix Valley cities & venues to present weeknight Food Truck Festivals & Movies in the Park Community Events.

    Each movie in the park events features festivities such as a FREE public bigscreen outdoor movie showing, kids activities, Food Trucks, live DJ, balloon twister, kids dance party, vendor fair, glow fun, music, games & more! If you are interested in joining us as a vendor, please reserve your spot today as space is limited.

  • Registration: Registration will not be accepted on the day of the event. Spots are filled on a first come first serve basis and are non transferrable. Each vendor is required to return completed vendor application to receive approval before submitting payment in full by the deadline date. If payment is not received the next person in line will have an opportunity to take the available spot. Payments are payable to “Times Two Entertainment LLC” (20165 N. 67th Ave, Suite #122A, Glendale, AZ 85308). EFT (PayPal) payments/credit card orders are subject to applicable merchant processing fees (3.5% surcharge). Returned checks will incur a $25 fee. After acceptance of registration, fees are nonrefundable. Space is limited so please get your registration in as soon as possible.

  • Day of Event:  The food truck events will be held from 5pm-7pm and vendor check-in will take place approximately 30 mins prior to event start time.  Any late check-ins are subject to a $25 late fee, vendors that neglect to check-in during the designated check-in time will automatically forfeit their reservation and no refunds will be issued.  No temporary power sources are permitted to be used during the event unless supplied by the event host. Vendors are required to provide their own table, chairs, and battery operate booth lighting. 

    Vendors are requested to provide 1 game for attendees to partake in at each of their vendor booths (prizes are not necessary) at the public community events, however a game is required at any school/PTA events.

    Vendor will be responsible for set-up and tear down of booth.  Electricity is limited to vendors selecting the $10 vendor upgrade (when/where available), please plan accordingly.  Vendor parking will be limited, please unload your vehicles as quickly as possible and remove them from the guest parking area.  This event is an outdoor event and therefore subject to cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, and/or cancellation of event by the hosting venue for any reason; guest attendance is not guaranteed.

    Vendors are required to provide "treats" for trick or treaters at the October event, estimated attendance is 3,000.

  • Security and Liability: Vendors will assume all responsibility to operate, set-up, and tear down of their spaces. All vendors agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and will adhere to the venue's rules/guidelines including, but not limited to the venue's smoking policies, non use of profanity, trash policies, parking & emergency evacuation plans. Vendors will assume all risk of loss, theft, or damage that may occur in conjunction with this event.

    All food vendors are responsible for complying with the local County Health Department, Rules and Regulations and operate using valid food permits & insurance.

    As the authorized agent for the above named company I grant permission for the use of my existing marketing materials & photgraphic images for promotional purposes in conjunciton with current and/or future events.  I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Times Two Entertainment LLC, the hosting venue, partners & agents, from any  and all liability for any damage or injury which may occur or result, regardless of the cause, from my participation in the event.  I understand that Times Two Entertainment, event sponsors & the hosting venue & partners will not be held responsible for sales, weather or other unforeseen revenue losses and does not guarantee revenues or numbers of event patrons. 

    All applications are subject to acceptance by Times Two Entertainment, Movies & Events. Submission of vendor application & payment confirms agreement to the above listed terms/conditions.

  • *Single Use City Business License are valid for the event date/location selected below.  Each event date selected requires an event single use or city businses license.
