If the puppy is being shipped via airplane, as carry on or cargo, buyer understands there is a $250 transportation charge to deliver the puppy to the airport. If the buyer wants to pick up the puppy from the ranch, a appointment must be scheduled in advance. If the airline requires a health certificate, buyer is responsible for the vet expense and there is a $50 transportation fee. Southwest airlines at this time does not require a health certificate for carry on.
