It's peaceful, private (if you want it to be), secure and warm; we're two occupational-therapist-vet-lecturer-workshop-facilitator-online-business-entrepreneur-songwriters (hey, it's almost a living) with two small children.
We can do washing by arrangement.
Prices and Payment
Prices vary from £175 per week, £500 per month (4 weeks), with a surcharge of 30% for two sharing. A non-returnable deposit of £50/50% of the total is required by bank transfer to secure the booking with the balance to be paid on arrival (preferably by bank transfer).
The flat is 11 minutes bike ride from the centre with theatres and nightlife, we're 20 minutes by public transport (15 mins of which is walking).
N.B.
I use a small corner of the flat by the entrance to store and access PA equipment every now and then, so please ask for clarification if negotiated access is a showstopper for you.
The flat also provides occasional access to a small project studio. The music is acoustic and the soundproofing is good, so noise won't disturb you and my working times can usually flex around your needs.
The shower-room is 82x184cm, and the shower is 70x80cm. If you're broad or heavy (e.g. 120kg+ and under 6'2") it might be a little tight showering.
There are no terrestrial stations on the TV - it's just iplayer, netflix and web.
The flat's entrance uses the back access alley, which is uneven in places, and unlit at night.
The nearest two pubs are five minutes' walk away. Also within five minutes' walk are a co-op, a Morrisons, a Tesco, fast-food, two nice big parks, greek, chinese, mongolian and indian restaurants as well as a working mens' club and a really handy hardware shop.
