ACCUPLACER Remote Testing Voucher Request

This form is intended for students to request a remote testing voucher in completing their ACCUPLACER exams. If you need to complete an ACCUPLACER exam and cannot test at a local National University campus, then please complete the form below and our Testing Center staff will contact you with a voucher for testing elsewhere.

There are three ACCUPLACER Next Gen math tests to choose from depending on your prior education and intended placement at the University (please choose one).

“Arithmetic” allows for placement into Mth 012A: Algebra I.“Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra and Statistics” (QAS) is used by students who want to request placement into Mth012A: Algebra I OR Mth 012B: Algebra II.“Advanced Algebra and Functions” (AAF) is used by students who want to request placement into Mth 012B: Algebra II OR College LevelMath.
