Midcities Montessori Fundraiser & Bazaar Vendor Application
  • Join us for the 10th Annual Holiday Bazaar – a festive gathering where holiday dreams come true. Crafters, creators, and culinary artists unite to make this season brighter. Get ready for a day of enchantment and cheer. Benefiting the MMS Enrichment Fund- providing enrichment programs, financial aid, and more to deserving students across the metroplex.

    What: 10th Annual Holiday Bazaar
    Where: Inside MidCities Montessori at 209 B Harwood Rd, Bedford TX, 76021
    When: Sunday, December 1st from 12:00 pm -4:00 pm

    DETAILS: 
    Vendor Responsibility:
    Vendors are required to provide their own tables, chairs, and set up for the event. We ask, if possible to donate an item to our raffle or silent auction.

    Space Options:

    • Regular Booth (approximately 8'x8')- $75
    • Electrical Hook Up Space (Limited availability)- $85
    • Double Space (approximately 8'x16)- $140

    Spaces will be allocated and assigned prior to the event to ensure that similar vendors are not placed next to each other to the best of our ability.

    Special Requests:
    If you have specific requests for your booth placement, such as being positioned against a wall, please list them on this form. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, they are not guaranteed.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Entry fee must be paid prior to the event, fee can be paid via credit card or zelle upon form submission.

    Applications will be accepted until all spaces are filled. If all spaces are occupied, the entry fee will be refunded and you will be notified immediately.

  • Terms and Conditions

    Setup Information:

    • Doors will open for set up at 9:30 am on Sunday, December 1st
    • Vendors are required to be completely set up by 11:45 am.
    • Vendor Bazaar hours are from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday, December 1st
    • Vendors must have set-ups completely dismantled and unloaded from the location by 5:30 pm

    Display Information

    • Vendors must provide all items needed for their booth, this includes but but is not limited to tables, chairs, display racks, etc.
    • All displays should fit within the assigned space and must not obstruct the view of other vendors or walkways.
    • Hanging items on the wall must be pre-approved by coordinators, and must not leave permanent marks or damage. 
    • Tear down prior to scheduled closing time (4:00 pm) is not permitted, this includes but is not limited to packing, loading, or dismantling of displays. 
    • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth area after the event. Please dispose of trash and leave your space in the same condition you found it.
    • Ensure that your booth setup is safe for both vendors and attendees. Avoid any tripping hazards or dangerous objects within your space.

    Advertisement and Promotion Benefits:
    With the booth registration fee, the following is included: 

    • Inclusion in event marketing materials and social media posts.
    • Boosted social media posts featuring all participating vendors.
    • A listing on the event website with a link to my business website or social media profile.

    Traffic and Sales Disclaimer:
    While we make every effort to promote the event and attract a diverse audience, we (the event organizers) cannot guarantee the level of foot traffic or sales made during the bazaar. 

    Cancellation Policy
    If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us immediately. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event.

    By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • Definition of Counterfeit Products: Counterfeit products include, but are not limited to, items that are meant to look like, resemble, or imitate a known brand, such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, or Prada, without proper authorization. Sports teams or Disney-related items must be licensed, and collegiate team items must have the necessary trademarks and permissions to be considered legitimate. It is highly recommended you carry a copy of receipts and documents showing you have paid for proper registration of purchased images if used.

    • Not Liable or Responsible: MidCities Montessori and its affiliates are not liable or responsible for any vendor selling counterfeit products. All vendors have been explicitly warned and informed that MidCities Montessori and its affiliates do not support counterfeit or illegally used products. The responsibility for the items vendors bring to the event lies solely with the vendors themselves.
    • Market Warning: It is advised that individuals should refrain from bringing counterfeit products to the market or any affiliated events. Bringing counterfeit items to the market may violate laws and regulations related to counterfeit goods.
    • Consequences for Violation: If an investigator shows up and finds a vendor violating these rules (served), please be aware that such vendors will not be allowed to register at another event hosted by MidCities Montessori and its affiliates.
    • Leave Counterfeit Products at Home: We strongly recommend leaving any counterfeit products at home and refraining from attempting to sell or distribute them at any market or event associated with MidCities Montessori and its affiliates.

    Vendor Code of Conduct Agreement
    I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and courteous manner toward other vendors, event patrons, and event coordinators throughout the duration of the bazaar. I understand that any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in my removal from the event without a refund.

    By signing and submitting this form, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms of this disclaimer, including the consequences for rule violations and adherence to the Vendor Code of Conduct. Any actions taken regarding the mentioned products are at your own risk, and MidCities Montessori and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such actions.

  • By submitting this form, I agree to the terms described above. I understand that neither Midcities Montessori, its affiliates, nor volunteers are responsible for any theft, or damage to goods or my personal property, before, during, or after the bazaar. I also agree to pay for any repairs for damage to property that is caused by me within my assigned space. By submitting this form, I additionally acknowledge that I have read and agree to the event terms and conditions and disclaimers. I understand and agree that violation of the above terms, in the entirety of this form, may result in additional charges, removal from future events, etc. as deemed acceptable by event coordinators.
