Upon arrival just park on the street in any open spots available except on street cleaning days and if you can't find parking just pull into our driveway and text, call or ring our Ring Camera bell upon arrival and we’ll come out and greet you. Our repair office studio is now behind our residential property since March of 2020 due to Covid19 lockdowns and restrictions. Most of our repairs take 10 min in turnaround and we include a complimentary tempered screen protector with all screen repairs. Our PickUp and DropOff is free for local distances up to 2 miles from our address 1955 N. Vermont Ave, L.A., CA. 90027) and ($15.00 flat for distances exceeding local distance up to 10 miles from our address).Mail-In Repair: Please mail your iPhone or iPad to our address @ PHON-ER, 1955 N. Submit this form to us and we will contact you over phone, text or email and confirm that we got your form and we will contact you once your item is received and we will contact you once again when your iPhone or iPad is fixed along with payment invoice which you can pay via any major credit card or Venmo, Zelle or Cash App and upon payment your device will shipped back same day if paid during shipping hours with a tracking number for you to check delivery times. We offer free shipping with regular priority mail which normally takes 2-3 days to arrive but you may also choose to have us ship overnight by paying the difference in price over the USPS priority shipping speed we ship back at no cost. All batteries replaced are backed by our one year warranty, which covers the functionality of the battery that is replaced; such as holding a charge and giving charge for the phone to function. Warranty is not valid on wear and tear post one year from the date that it was replaced, nor does it cover physical damage such as punctures, bents or tampering, bloated from excessive car charging or use of non-Apple aftermarket lightning cables or wall chargers including non-Apple power bank phone cases or blocks, water damage or fire damage caused to the battery that was replaced by PHON-ER.
