    Prior to completing an application, be sure to read about our adoption process to gain a better understanding of how our program works. Please only submit an application when you are genuinely ready to adopt, as circumstances and availability can change.

    Our priority is finding the best possible match for each dog, so applications are considered based on the individual needs of our dogs rather than on a first-come, first-served basis. 

    Please keep in mind that HugABull is a 100% volunteer-run charity, and due to the volume of applications we receive, it may take up to 3 weeks for you to receive a response. We appreciate your patience and want to assure you that we respond to every application we receive. 

    Applicants must be 21+ and live in the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, or BC Interior. If you live elsewhere in BC, please email us before applying to confirm you’re within our adoption area. HugABull reserves the right to decline any application.
