Most of our repairs take 10 min in turnaround once the courier drops off your device to PHON-ER and we include a complimentary tempered screen protector with all screen repairs.Mail-In Repair: Please mail your iPhone or iPad to our address @ PHON-ER, 1955 N. Submit this form to us and we will contact you over phone, text or email and confirm that we got your form and we will contact you once your item is received and we will contact you once again when your iPhone or iPad is fixed along with payment invoice which you can pay via any major credit card or Venmo, Zelle or Cash App and upon payment your device will shipped back same day if paid during shipping hours with a tracking number for you to check delivery times. We offer free shipping with regular priority mail which normally takes 2-3 days to arrive but you may also choose to have us ship overnight by paying the difference in price over the USPS priority shipping speed we ship back at no cost.
