A deposit is required to secure the appointment.
Once an appointment is confirmed, any modifications needed for the appointment can be done through the link in your confirmation email sent to you.
If your appointment is cancelled 96 hrs (4 days) BEFORE the scheduled appointment time, a refund will be rendered.
All services are charged A' La Carte (as a separate entity, example in next line).
If you schedule a weave, wig, non surgical hair replacement- a haircut and color IS NOT INCLUDED.
PRICES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.
A 10% gratuity(tip) is accepted. It is not included in your deposit.
Times listed by services are estimated and may take longer *If you are an new client expect to be in the salon an minimum of 2-4 hours.
Additional service(s) "NOT" previously requested will extend your time in the salon and also change your total.
