Note: It is the event requester's responsibility to notify support services of any cancellations such as Dining Services, Media Services, work orders, housekeeping overtime requests, etc.
Last minute changes (less than three business days) to location, set-up or requiring additional resources and staffing may not be possible to accommodate, or may require additional costs.
PLEASE NOTE: Short Notice Request Forms are limited by office hours (M-F 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM). For example: a request on Friday after 4:30 PM, could not be approved for an event for the coming weekend or early Monday morning.
