The CORDS Inter-Network project on digital event information and data collection aims to empower communities and enhance cross-border health security by improving digital community detection and response to One Health priorities, in cross-border Network areas.
The information collected using the Inter-Network Project (INP) Surveillance Evaluation Tool will be used to assess current early warning and response (EWAR) systems and practices in human and animal health events from cross-border communities, in each Network.
The INP Surveillance Evaluation Tool consists of this 10 page assessment, completion of a separate Event Log, and submission of any supporting documents. it is recommended that the Event Log and supporting files are prepared first- as they can be uploaded directly through page 9 and 10 of this form.
