Please consult your roster for player shirt sizes. Parents included these on the registration form for you. If shirt size is missing, please ask parent. Shirts will be numbered 1-6 (or 7 where applicable). They start with 1 on the smallest shirt size of the order and go up from there. If you have less than 6 players, please add a 6th shirt in the most popular size of your team so you will have that available if we fill that spot.

Please select 4 color options in preference order. We try not to duplicate team colors as much as possible, however when we have a lot of teams that is difficult.
