Please consult your roster for player shirt sizes. Parents included these on the registration form for you. If shirt size is missing, please ask parent. Shirts will be numbered 1-6 (or 7 where applicable). They start with 1 on the smallest shirt size of the order and go up from there. If you have less than 6 players, please add a 6th shirt in the most popular size of your team so you will have that available if we fill that spot.

Please select 4 color options in preference order. We try not to duplicate team colors as much as possible, however when we have a lot of teams, that can be difficult. We will try to prioritize returning teams who choose to keep the same color, otherwise colors will be assigned based on the order received.
