For The Cats' Sake Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our rescue kitties! We do all we can to ensure that our cats are healthy and disease-free, and disclose issues or concerns to adopters, if there are any. Our kitties will be up to date on core vaccines, per their age, and tested for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) and FeLV (feline leukemia virus). They will also have been dewormed and treated for other common parasites. We microchip cats and kittens and provide records with them. After adoption, we are always available for advice and help, and our goal is to find a happy, forever home for each cat, along with adding just the right kitty to your home. We request that adopters return any cat to us if things do not work out or they can no longer care for the kitty, and our contract states that NONE of our cats will ever be declawed. Please note that we only approve adopters within a 2-hour radius of Flint Hill, Virginia, and you must be at least 21 years of age. Thank you!
