Important Message - Only bookings with deposits via PayPal will be treated as confirmed on a first come first served basis. All other bookings will be unconfirmed and not secured until such time as cleared payment has been received at Scouts Scotland. If you are not paying through PayPal (either using your Paypal account, or with a debit or credit card) please do not advise your section that they have been successful in case of disappointment. On receipt of payment we will email you to confirm that your booking has been successful depending on how quickly the event fills up.
Shedule of Payments:
Deposits - A Deposit of £30.00 per youth participant is required to confirm every booking. All deposits are non-refundable.
Balance Payments -
50% of balance due by 31st March 2020
Full payment due by 31st May 2020
Details of how to make to the balance payment will be sent out after your booking has been confirmed.
Cancellation Policy - To make you aware that, as standard, we operate a cancellation policy. We strongly recommend you take out cancellation insurance to avoid any disappointment.
Cancellation charges - The following cancellation charges apply on written notice received at Scouts Scotland
Greater than 180 Days = deposit only
180 days to 90 days = 50% of the total bill
Less than 90 days = 100% of total bill
