If you would like to be placed on a list to be contacted if the the MainStrasse Village Association has spaces available, please fill out and submit this form.

Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee you a space. By filling out this form, you are only expressing your interest in participating should spaces become available.

We have given last year's vendors a deadline of July 18 to secure their spaces. After that date, we will determine how many spaces we have available and reach out to those on this list, on a first-come-first-served basis.

Rates for a 10-foot space are $25 per day, or $85 for all four days. Fees must be paid at the time of registration, no exceptions. Also, no more than 20 feet of space may be reserved by any one vendor.

Lastly please note the following hours of operation, as specified in our permit with the City of Covington:

Set up begins each day at 7am (no earlier)
Sale Hours are 8am to 4pm daily
Vendors must begin packing by 4pm each day, and be done by 5pm
NOTHING may be left overnight.
