Business Cookie Booth Registration
Businesses within Girl Scouts of Western Ohio council area who wish to support Girl Scout troops by hosting Cookie Booths between the dates of February 21, 2025 and March 16, 2025 should complete this online form. This allows troops to sign up through Girl Scouts of Western Ohio for a cookie booth at your location through out internal system. All cookie booths will be uploaded into our online Cookie Finder which will help direct customer traffic to your location.

PLEASE NOTE: Only use this form if you are willing to be open to any troop for participation. If you are scheduling with a specific troop please direct the troop leader/cookie manager who will need to submit a troop secured booth in Smart Cookies (our internal platform), NOT on this form. Girl Scouts of Western Ohio reviews all submissions before making available to Girl Scout troops. Girl Scouts of Western Ohio reserves the right to deny a location.
