If the invoice remains unpaid 30 days after the agreed workshop date(s) we will add a 5% late payment fee. Once this document has been submitted, if the workshop is cancelled less than 4 weeks before the date of the workshop, then 100% of the agreed fee will be payable to Impressionable Minds. For cancellations over 4 weeks before the agreed date 25% of the agreed fee will be charged. *
