Cancellation and Appointment Policy
•Reservation will be held in one responsible contact's name with a credit card on file OR you may give a 50% deposit of entire party by cash, Venmo, or credit card payment as an alternative to having a credit card on file.
•Booking Fee of $10 per person in party will be charged at time of booking. Fee is non-refundable and does not apply towards services.
•Reservation is not confirmed until:
Signed contract is received by Salon, credit card # is on file or deposit is received by Salon AND you have received a confirmation email from The Salon.
•Cancellations up to 30 days prior to appointments will be charged at 50%. Cancellations within 30 days of appointments and/or missed appointments will be charged at 100%. Add on appointments are subject to
availability.
•Payment for services may be made individually or in full on the day of the appointment directly to Stylists by cash, credit card or Venmo. Payment may also be made in advance to The Salon for convenience on day of.
•Please see winterparksalon.com for time frames on services. Prices are based on these listed time frames. Additional
cost will apply for services requiring more time. If you feel you would like more time for your appointment, please
request so during scheduling.
•ALL communications, cancellations and changes must be submitted to winterparkweddings@hotmail.com otherwise they will not be addressed.
