Reservations, changes, or room lists for your room block are accepted until 30 days prior to the start date of the event block.

After reaching the cutoff date, group block rates are no longer guaranteed by the hotel. Depending on availability, rooms may be booked at the group rate after the cutoff date but are non-refundable. Please contact sales@madisonstaybridge.com for more information.

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid any cancellation penalties.

Supervision Policy:

Here at Staybridge Suites we want everyone to enjoy their stay, we ask that our quiet hours are respected by all guests.

Quiet hours are enforced from 9:00pm to 6:00am, every day.

Failure to abide by the quiet hours policy may result in eviction from the hotel grounds without refunds.

Smoking Restrictions:

Staybridge Suites is a non-smoking facility. A $350 fine applies to any violation of this policy.

Personal Property:

Staybridge will not assume responsibility or liability for any personal property.
