This form is required for ACTD TEAM MEMBERS requesting scholarship assistance, due to financial hardships, for an upcoming weekend.
Team members have the responsibility of financially supporting the weekend and being good stewards of their own funds as well as those of Alamo City Tres Dias. For that reason, this scholarship should only be requested if there are financial hardships that do not allow you to save for your team fee over the course of the year. We know unexpected expenses can arise that can cause issues, which is why we encourage everyone to plan for these expenses as you would any other regular expense you would have during the year.
In order to provide proper allocation and approval, all requests must be made through this form. Once the form is completed and submitted, your request will be reviewed by our Scholarship Committee and someone will contact you regarding your request.

ONLY ONE REQUEST PER FORM PLEASE
We request that you commit to paying a minimum of $100 towards your team fee of $200. Please try not to request scholarship more than 2 times in a row. These funds are designated to help people during times of need, not an ongoing way to reduce team fees. Please try and saved up for the cost of the weekend as part of your service to the community. We can help you setup monthly payment plans as well if that is a better option for you.
