Terms and Conditions Changes made to your businesses network that could interfere with the compatibility or functionality of Kyocera installed equipment not limited to: IP scheme, Internet Service Providers, hardware/software, movement or replacement of workstations/servers, firewall, windows, or user password updates etc. are not covered under One Source Copier Maintenace Agreements. Remote support calls that are not under warranty or included in your One Source Managed IT Services contract will result in a charge at the standard rate of $150.00 per hour. At One Source's discretion, a support technician may provide no cost remote assistance to aid in diagnosing malfunctioning hardware that may be covered under a maintainence and service agreement. If a hardware malfunction exists and is covered by your maintenance agreement, a hardware technician will be dispatched to resolve the malfunction under the conditions of your hardware service agreement. The total liability of One Source Imaging for any damages to the Customer shall not exceed an amount equal to the value of any equipment installed by Kyocera Document Solutions. IN ADDITION, IN NO EVENT IS COMPANY OR ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, PARTNERS, CONTRACTORS, CONSULTANTS, SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES, INSURERS, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE SUCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, TO BE HELD LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, IMPAIRED GOODWILL, INTANGIBLE LOSSES, DELAY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE SAME. Company and Customer shall maintain reasonable insurance coverage through their respective carriers. Such insurance must include, at a minimum, general liability and workers compensation coverage. Remote support calls that are not covered under Kyocera warranty or included in your One Source Managed IT Services contract will result in a charge at the standard rate of $150.00 per hour.
