If there is a document missing there will be a $25 charge for Anomalee creating and executing these amendments if one is not in the package already. I understand that if for any reason the transaction doesn't close there will be a fee I am responsible for $100 early termination if this contract terminates after the option period. Fee is due 5 days after termination is signed.
