Once you have completed this form Basketball SA will initiate an application with DHS Screening Unit.

You will receive an email direct from DHS Screening Unit with instructions to log in and complete your WWCC application.

The application is only complete once your identity has been verified, payment made, and the application is submitted to DHS. Please note that for referees under the age of 18, Basketball SA has exemption from DHS to process a volunteer application.

DHS will assess the application and notify you and Basketball SA of the outcome. This may take up to two weeks.
