Use this form to submit labels for art hung or displayed at McGuffey Art Center. Submitting this form will create 1 label, if you need multiple labels, click on the "Submit another form" button on the Thank You page to return to this form to create a new label.

Providing your social media tag will make it easier for the publicity committee to tag you in posts
