Volunteers must attend a 1 day training course to provide them with all the mentoring skills needed before being matched to a child. The course happens on a Saturday or Sunday, 9am-5pm. Please confirm all the Saturday and Sunday dates you are available for the next 6-8 weeks. If you are unable to attend training at this time we recommend applying at a later date or contacting one of the team to ask more questions on our programme

We understand committing to become a volunteer mentor, supporting a child for 12 months can feel like a big decision. We are committed to supporting volunteers to become amazing mentors. Please select if any of the below barriers are something you are thinking about so we can best support

The mentor sessions take place outside of school hours. Can you commit to mentoring a child in one of these London boroughs: Westminster, Camden, Islington, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham, Lambeth, Southwark, Greenwich, Lewisham for a minimum of an hour a week for 12 months?

Mentors need to attend our two-day training course before starting the mentor programme. Please select which course you can attend. You can attend the Saturday session on one week and the Sunday session a following week if needed
