ROULETTE STAFFING

Roulette typically staffs one FOH Audio Engineer, one LiveStream Audio Engineer and one Live Stream/Camera operator. Complex setups and/or stage resets must be discussed as far in advance as possible to ensure that Roulette can accommodate, and to allow time to secure any additional staffing.

PROJECTION / MEDIA
Use of media for projections must be discussed with Roulette Tech Admin in advance of your performance.

Upon agreement, you can send media files to Roulette several days prior to your performance, to be downloaded onto a Roulette laptop for cueing at our sound booth. Alternately, you can bring media in on your own laptop / similar device for cueing from the sound booth or stage.

Livestream / Video Capture
Unless otherwise agreed upon, Roulette will livestream your performance, making a live edited program feed using six robotic PTZ cameras.

Roulette's Livestream Operator typically arrives at 5:30pm, with 6:00pm-6:30pm allotted as time for setting camera shots, and to discuss any requests or concerns you may have.

As mentioned above, a separate stereo audio live mix will be made for the program feed.

Any media projected using our ceiling mounted projector can be incorporated as a direct feed, if you so desire.

Lighting for video capture should be conisdered when making lighting design requests.

LIGHTING
Roulette offers basic lighting atmospheres and changes that can be provided by our AV Engineer on duty. Roulette's basic lighting means there will be no more than 5 cues or distinct changes within a performance, and NO Lighting Designer in house.

More involved lighting must be discussed and agreed to well in advance of the performance date. If a dedicated Lighting technician will be needed, please let us know at least four weeks in advance, so that we can secure staffing.
