Thank you for expressing interest in being a vendor at The Lights of Christmas, the largest Christmas event in the Pacific Northwest!
As a participating vendor, you’ll be joining the dedicated Warm Beach Camp staff and volunteers in creating a memorable holiday experience for thousands of guests. Please review the following important information:
Vendor Guidelines & Requirements
1. Booth Fee
Upon acceptance, a booth fee of $250 is due along with the signed contract.
2. Booth Details
Each Holiday Market booth space is 10 ft x 10 ft and located indoors. Booths will include a decorative façade designed to resemble a traditional Christmas Market stand.
3. Revenue Sharing
Vendors are required to pay 20% of gross sales to Warm Beach Camp. This amount will be invoiced weekly.
4. Sales Reporting
- All sales must be processed using a POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Daily sales reports and reconciliation forms must be submitted to the Business Office.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax on all sales.
5. Menu/Product Approval
- Warm Beach Camp reserves the right to limit vendor items.
- All products must be family-friendly.
6. Operating Hours
- Vendors must operate from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, or later if the event is busy.
- Event dates vary each year (closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).

- Booths must be fully staffed during all event hours.
7. Conduct
All vendor staff must reflect the event’s family-friendly, drug- and alcohol-free atmosphere.
8. Power Usage
- Power is limited.
- Vendors must use battery-operated lighting or provide a generator if outdoors.
9. Insurance
Vendors must carry general liability insurance of $1,000,000 and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Warm Beach Camp and Conference Center as additionally insured.
10. Health Permits
A Snohomish County Health District Temporary Food Service Permit is required and must be visibly posted at your booth.
11. Compliance with Safety Standards
Food booths must meet all applicable Snohomish Fire Marshal and Health District regulations.
