You are REQUIRED to have access to the following: dumbbells of varying weights, as well as exercise bands and an exercise ball or bench - if you do not have this equipment you will need to either purchase this equipment or get access to a gym.
Do you understand counting macros (IIFYM)? Are you currently counting macros?
