The Project Manager will manage a team of Research Assistants ensuring that recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities meet protocol requirements and achieve programmatic targets across multiple sites. The Project Manager will be responsible for aspects of development and implementation of research protocols (including recruitment and retention protocols, data collection tools and processes, quality assurance plans, etc.) budgeting, technical training and assistance, and progress report writing. The Project Manager functions independently and works directly with the All of Us Principal Investigators and Deputy Principal Investigator.
Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 4 years of progressively more responsible experience in research-related activities, required. Master’s Degree (e.g. MPH, MS) with minimum 2 years of experience in a research-related field, preferred.

Advancing Health Literacy Program Manager
The Program Manager will contribute to the development of content and strategy to drive community engagement and support population health behavior change in the support of COVID-19 vaccinations. The Program Manager will play an instrumental role in planning, writing, testing, implementing, and managing health literacy interventions for various at-risk populations in the City of Vicksburg and surrounding Warren County areas.
A Bachelor’s Degree is required, Ability to multi-task and focus on priorities at hand; Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Sound organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
The Outreach Worker will work to provide outreach opportunities for community residents of Vicksburg and surrounding Warren County who lack the understanding of COVID-19.

Community Health Worker
The Community Health Worker (CHW) serves as a liaison between the medical and social services entities and the community residents. They advocate for change, improve access to the quality of care, and cultural competency of services delivered.
Community health workers typically have at least a high school diploma, prior experience and must complete a brief period of on-the-job training. Certification and or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for connecting Jackson-Hinds with the Vicksburg and surrounding Warren County communities through engagement and support health behavior change in the support of COVID-19 vaccinations. Their duties include brainstorming potential partnerships or methods for engagement with the local community, maintaining a calendar for outreach events and working closely with community partners to plan and execute various outreach events.
A Bachelor’s Degree focusing on social services or similar courses preferred or a high school diploma paired with experience in an outreach organization. Candidates for an Outreach Coordinator position must have training in communication and knowing how to manage a team or organizational department.
