    Provide non-surgical medical treatment to patient. Order, perform and interpret tests and analyze records, reports and examination information to diagnose patient’s condition. Monitor patient’s condition and progress and re-evaluate treatment as necessary. Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Mississippi as a Family Medicine Physician, Internal Medicine Physician, OBGYN Physician or Pediatrician. Current CPR certification.

     

    Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

    Under the supervision of a physician, the nurse practitioner is required to make independent judgements to provide primary health care to individuals by: 1.) Assessing and identifying the health needs of individuals; 2.) Ordering and interpreting necessary lab and diagnostic tests; 3.) Following defined protocol; 4.) Counseling patients for preventive health services; 5.) Maintaining accurate records of all patients interaction and contact; 6.) Assuming responsibility for self-growth through continuing education in the area of medicine and nursing science; and etc. Nurse Practitioner Certification through the American Nurse Credentialing Center or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the Mississippi State Board of Nursing. Current CPR certification

     

    Interpreter


    Provide interpreting service in a culturally sensitive manner in order to facilitate communication between the Hispanic patients/family’s and the healthcare team in a very busy, primary care clinic.

    A Bachelors’ degree in a related discipline and/or experience interpreting and translating in a healthcare setting. Ability to translate and interpret medical terminology.
