It is understood:
a) that the price includes 2 exhibitor passes, a 6ft deep x8ft long space with 1- 6ft unskirted table and 2 chairs; all tables must be covered with a table cloth that must be provided by the vendor. No additional tables are to be brought in by the vendors unless approved in advance by the organizers. Nothing is to be affixed to the floors or walls of the venue.
b) If merchandise is left overnight, it is your responsibility to cover your table at the end of the day. Although the doors will be locked at the end of the day, you will not hold Belaire Promotions, the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre or the City of Belleville responsible for any loss or damage; you assume full liability for any damage or loss for leaving your items overnight.
c) Once approval by Belaire Promotions is sent my email, to confirm my space payment is due. If payment is not received your space is not guaranteed and may be given to the next person on the waiting list.
d) all payments will be made by e transfer to belairepromotions@gmail.com
e) all payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, but may be transferred at the discretion of the organizers, Belaire Promotions; in the event the event is cancelled by the venue or the organizers for any reason you will receive a full refund;
f) acceptance of this application by the organizers will constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the above services on the terms and conditions set out in this application form. Please read carefully as these terms and conditions will form part of the binding contract between you and Belaire Promotions (hereafter the Convener and speaking on behalf of the event).
I, the undersigned, certify that I have read and understood all of the sections of this Application Form and agree to release the Convener, its organizers and its volunteers as well as the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre and the City of Belleville from any liability for loss or damage to merchandise and/or personal injury while on the premises. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for any damage or injury caused at the event by myself or my staff.
This application may be signed electronically and is considered binding.
