The HFP has limited funds for grants to support Fellows’ contract studies. Depending on availability of funds and quality of application, a grant may be awarded in full, may be awarded partially, or may be declined, so prepare for flexibility in implementing your contract.
Complete this form in consultation with your faculty mentor and the HFP director. Along with the Contract Proposal Form, the Contract Grant Application Form must be submitted by the end of the second week of instruction for your project’s term for full consideration.
Additionally, your faculty mentor must submit a supporting document to state that these expenses are reasonably estimated and that they cover items and/or services that the College does not provide through any other means. This brief letter should be submitted to the HFP director as an emailed attachment, and it also due by the end of the second week of instruction for your project’s term.
