Individuals applying for ministerial credentials are required to provide three references for the Credential Review Committee. These should be a ministerial reference, a business or work reference, and a personal reference. Please download the CLERGY/MINISTERIAL RECOMMENDATION FORM and email it to three individuals who are well acquainted with you. Your ministerial reference must be your current pastor or a member of the governing board of your church.
