This application packet is for individuals who are seeking Ministerial credentials through Logos Global Network. Please be certain that each application contains all of the required information and documentation for processing. Incomplete applications cannot be processed. An application fee of $25 is due with application. The credential fee will be invoiced after completion of the review process.

Individuals applying for ministerial credentials are required to provide three references for the Credential Review Committee. These should be a ministerial reference, a business or work reference, and a personal reference. Please download the CLERGY/MINISTERIAL RECOMMENDATION FORM and email it to three individuals who are well acquainted with you. Your ministerial reference must be your current pastor or a member of the governing board of your church.
