APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. If Applicants are not legally married, an application for each person must be completed.
2. Only the Applicants are allowed to digitally sign the application.
3. Any misrepresentation or falsification of information may result in your disqualification.
4. Please read and sign the disclosure and acknowledgement pages.
PLEASE NOTE: Many communities are 55 years and older and some do not allow children to reside. The Association you are applying to may have language in their documents that restricts children that is no longer applicable. Please contact the management to inquire about the current status.
Some communities have rental restrictions.

The seller, the Associaiton and USA Management are not responiblle for denials based on non-meeting of requirements, and your application fee cannot be refunded.
