FREEZE POLICY
We do not have a FREEZE POLICY at this time. We would be happy to work with you on a case by case basis to ensure that you can continue your membership with Fitness Depot.
CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL memberships, excluding paid in full memberships, MUST submit a 30 day notice of cancellation in person. We do not accept phone call, website, social media or email cancellations for any reason. To cancel, you must come in person to the facility during staffed hours and complete the appropriate documentation. The only exception to this rule is if you have already moved or physically cannot come to the facility. In this case, you must send a CERTIFIED LETTER to : 121 West Ivy Street, Ellisville, MS 39437. In the letter request to cancel, include a current phone number and email along with your old address to verify membership with a date and signature.
Once we receive the letter/cancellation documentation your 30 day cancellation notice will begin. Anything that is due during that 30 days will be charged as normal. This does include the facility fee and membership dues.
In order to process a cancel with a past due balance, you must pay your balance and any cancellation fee before the cancellation will be complete.
CONTRACT MEMBERSHIPS - If canceled before the 12 month term is complete, it will require the $59.99 cancellation fee AT TIME OF CANCEL.
