CONDITIONS OF GOODS RETURN - PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING FORM.
- All customers are entitled to make use of their statutory 14 day cooling off period to action a goods return.
- Any goods returned after the statutory period and up to a period of 60 days from point of order will be subjected to our supplier's restocking fee plus 15%, they will on only be accepted at our discretion and in as new condition.
- Returns actioned after 60 days will be subjected to a 50% restocking charge, they will only be accepted at our discretion and in as new condition.
- Special/custom order items will be subjected to a 50% restocking charge, they will only be accepted at our discretion and in as new condition.
- Returns actioned after 90 days will be accepted entirely at the discretion of R H Davey Welding Supplies Ltd.

Please fill out these details if you need us to organise a collection for the goods. Please re-pack the goods as securely as possible to protect against any further damage. We will send you a shipping label(s) which will need to be clearly attached to the goods. PLEASE NOTE: R H Davey Welding Supplies Ltd will only pay for return carriage on items which have been supplied incorrectly, we do not accept costs for warranty returns or goods ordered incorrectly.
