    Please note that a non-refundable fee will be charged by the online payment service for this transaction, amounting to 2.6% of your registration fee total, plus ten (10) cents. This fee will not be refunded once you submit your online payment. Additionally, please be aware that any meal selections paid for online or by check will not be refunded after April 1, 2026, as this deadline is necessary to fulfill our commitments with the hotel for meal arrangements.
