  • Payment Terms

    • A deposit, (25% of total sum) is required to book and hold the transportation date.
    • Deposit is non-refundable.
    • Remaining (75% of total sum) is required at or before delivery.
    • We accept multiple payment options.

  • Agreement

    • For interstate travel, you will need a current health certificate dated within 30 days of ​the departure date (or per state requirements), a negative Coggins dated within one year (Some states are six months). Health papers are checked prior to boarding your horse(s) onto the rig. Most horse shows also require a health certificate and a negative Coggins for entry onto the show grounds. It is up to the owner to know the specific requirements of entry to the show grounds prior to departure.
    • The following states require Brand Inspections: South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, Nebraska, and Washington.
    • Horse inspected at time of pick up and any unseen problems assessed at no liability to the transporter.
    • Transporter will use due diligence to safely transport, feed and care for the horse(s), but makes no guarantees as to the health or physical condition of the horse(s) upon arrival.
    • Horse owner understands and acknowledges that insurance is not provide to the Horse Owner by the Transporter. The horse owner is encouraged to have a private insurance policy in place for travel.
  • Other Charges

    The rate quoted is for delivery and care of your horse(s). However, surcharges may apply for any of the following:

    • Waiting time at a barn for the pick-up or delivery person charged at a rate of $50 per hour after the first 30
      minutes of waiting.
    • A change of pick-up or delivery location from that quoted may be subject to a surcharge after review.
    • Difficult access roads to locations will have a surcharge if not disclosed in the original quote. Unpaved roads are
      hard on the horses and the equipment and needs disclosed PRIOR to trip. There will be a minimum fee of $25.00
      for any unpaved road over a 1 mile traveled.
    • A “Hard Loader Fee” of $50 per hour applied after the first 30 minutes of attempted loading or unloading.
    • Any costs incurred by damages caused by the horse(s) to the trailer, truck, or other equipment will be paid by the owner. 
  • Release of Liability


    Horse owner hereby voluntarily releases and forever discharges the Transporter from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, rise out of, or are in any way connected with the transport of the aforementioned horse(s). Horse Owner further agrees, promised and covenants not to sue, assert or otherwise maintain or assert any claims against the Transporter of its agents or employees, for any injury, death, disease, or damage to the aforementioned horse(s) arising from or in connection with the transport, care or feeding of said horse(s) or from any claims asserted by other third parties.

    BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
