Payment is due in full by the event date on or before arrival. Please make all checks out to our parent company "Bee Amazed Designs". If sending checks by mail; 3178 Wavering Ln. Middleburg, FL 32068 is the mailing address.
Receipt or Tax ID can be provided upon request.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, if not a cancellation fee of 20% (of the event total) will apply. If event is cancelled the day of OR after event start time due to inclement weather, extreme heat, or any other reason, we issue NO refunds and payment total for event will be due regardless of cancellation. Our events are scheduled rain or shine but we are not permitted to paint in exposed areas during inclement weather or extreme heat, an artist reserves the right to stop painting and seek shelter, during inclement weather or extreme heat.
Payments should be presented on artist arrival. If payment is not received on or by the event date, you may be subject to $15 late fee. Clients may choose to pay the online booking invoice ahead of time.
