All events held in conjunction with the NAVDF must be approved by the NAVDF Organizing Committee. This includes but not limited to Hospitality Suites, Receptions and Company-Related dinners on and off the host hotel’s property. Breakfast and lunches are excluded as they conflict with other NAVDF events. Please note that hosting an event that is not approved by the NAVDF Organizing Committee and that may be in conflict with an NAVDF event may subject your company to suspension of exhibition/sponsorship privileges at future NAVDF meetings. Only registered exhibitors will be allowed to distribute materials or engage in other marketing activities at the meeting. Companies in violation of our policy will be told that they will not be allowed to participate at the NAVDF in any format in the future.
REPS ATTENDING THE EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS:
If you would like to attend any of the educational sessions and receive credit, you must register to attend the meeting. If you are not a member of the AAVD or ACVD you will be required to pay the non-member rate. If you would like to attend only one presentation please discuss this with a member of the NAVDF Organizing Committee.
INCLUSION IN MEETING MATERIALS
All sponsorships must to contracted and paid by March 11, 2019 in order for your sponsorship to be acknowledged in our meeting materials (including but not limited to Proceedings, Schedule & Signage). If sponsorships are not contracted and paid by March 11, 2019 we can’t guarantee that the company will acknowledge in the meeting materials.
Sponsors wishing to cancel their sponsorship for any reason if cancelled prior to January 1, 2019 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations requested after January 1, 2019 are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the sponsorship.
NO REFUNDS will be granted after February 1, 2019 unless the sponsorship can be resold.
